Good morning ladies.
What do you need this morning to help you move towards peace.
I woke up feeling a bit wonky physically so I made sure I meditated, and took it easy on myself. What does that look like? Just taking a moment to moisturize your skin is giving yourself that pampering that can move stuck energy through your body.
Drink that water, sit in quiet meditation, stretch and bend. Sometimes just moving slowly and listening to what your body needs in that moment can make all the difference for how the rest of your day goes.
