Kindness. Such a simple word. The word itself just sounds kind. If you look at the first three letters they spell Kin. Another meaning of family. Connected by the spirit of the human race. When we are out and about, someone may not look like you or have the same beliefs as you. We may have different opinions and ideas polar opposite of each other. But an act of kindness, a smile, an opening of the door for another. The paying for someone else’s coffee behind you just because. Oh the yummy energy it leaves behind for that person and leaves inside of you.
Sometimes you just don’t know what someone is going through. Sometimes people don’t even know what they are feeling and one act of kindness bust opens their heart and gives them that hope that life sees them and loves them. I believe these moments are sent from God to hug and kiss us when we least expect it reminding us we are not alone in this messy beautiful life.
I know this community is filled with the most loving and kind angels. Share your beautiful hearts even if it’s just a smile. It could make the biggest difference in someone’s day. You just never know.
