Good morning lovelies.
In one word, how are you feeling? Me? Grateful. Although I woke up with heavy feelings (it happens) I got to grateful through prayer, meditation, and journaling. Heavy feelings are not wrong, they are there to inform you, to compassionately inquire of yourself what is it you are feeling, what you need, and give you permission to patiently and compassionately love yourself through to the other side of it. This I have learned through my own self inquiry. Lending you my hand to your heart to help move you through it from someone who’s been in it.
