Good morning ladies from my kitchen in the DR.
After a few challenging emotional days, I am making some healthy choices for myself today starting with replacing caffeine with hot lemon juice tea, sitting in meditation and prayer, and ending it with journaling, a nature walk, and all I’m grateful for.
These feel good for me to take steps in my daily self-care for mental, emotional, and spiritual health, and show up as my best self for myself and others. I don’t always get it “right” so therefore grateful for a new day to press the reset button and begin again. That feels good. Love S
